Currently, in her role as Recruiter & Executive Search Specialist at GTA Group – HR Division & Kapital HR, she helps companies identify the most suitable professionals using modern and efficient recruitment methods. Her experience in HR & Office Operations has enabled her to contribute to the development of productive work environments where organizational culture, compliance, and efficiency go hand in hand.

In addition to her expertise in recruitment and HR, she has built a solid career in marketing and events, making a major impact in every role she has held. At the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania, she coordinated international conferences and seminars, connecting professionals from across Europe. Prior to that, as a Marketing & PR Senior Consultant at PwC Romania, she managed communication campaigns, corporate events, and promotional materials, contributing to strengthening the company’s brand. Her administrative and organizational experience was further shaped during her time as Office Manager at David & Baias (PwC Romania), managing daily operations, invoicing, and the integration of new employees.
