A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics, Roxana continues to enhance her knowledge and is in the process of obtaining the prestigious Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification, having already passed 9 out of 13 exams. Additionally, starting in November 2024, she will be a certified tax consultant by the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania (CCF).

Her expertise covers both Romanian and international taxation, with solid experience in tax inspections, tax reviews, business transfers, and due diligence.
