With over 18 years of experience, Alina Conu leads a team of professionals who provide recruitment, selection, assessment, performance management, organizational development, and coaching services to clients across various industries and sectors.

She is also SHL certified, which enables her to conduct reliable and valid psychometric tests and assessments for candidates and employees.

In addition to her HR and business consulting skills, Alina is a trained and experienced Ericksonian psychotherapist, holding a master’s degree in HR management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She uses the principles and techniques of this therapy to help clients achieve transformational changes in their mindset, behavior, and emotional well-being, both in their personal and professional lives.

Her mission is to leverage her expertise in human resources and psychotherapy to facilitate growth, development, and fulfillment for individuals and organizations.
