Raluca is a certified accountant with over 14 years of experience in the field.

Raluca began her accounting studies at the Economic Administrative College in Iași, and since 2013, she has also been graduated in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași.

Additionally, Raluca holds a diploma as a Human Resources Inspector from 2015 and is a certified accountant, a member of the Body of Expert Accountants and Authorized Accountants (CECCAR) in Romania.

Raluca has 14 years of experience in the Romanian market for accounting and human resources services. In addition, she brings over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience.

She has significant experience in financial management, having worked over the years with clients from various sectors. Her areas of expertise span diverse industries including retail, e-commerce, transportation, logistics, services, manufacturing, IT, and construction.
